How we handle what you send
This page explains what the website collects when you use the contact form or call, and what we do with it.
What we collect
The form asks for your name and email, and, if you choose, your phone number, the nearest office, the kind of help you need, your language and a few lines about your situation. Your browser may also send basic technical information such as the type of device and the pages you open.
How we use it
We use it to answer you, schedule a consultation and keep a record of the request. We do not sell or rent your information.
Who sees it
The attorney and staff who handle requests see it. Companies that host the website and deliver email see it as part of providing those services.
Please keep it general
Don't put confidential details, such as an A-number or case documents, in the form. We can only protect those as a client's information after we are engaged.
How long we keep it
If you don't become a client, we delete the request after a reasonable time. Client files follow the rules that apply to lawyers.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what you sent by writing to hola@santibanezlaw.com or calling an office.
