How it works
From the first call to a decision, in five steps
What happens, who does it and roughly when, so there are no surprises.
- 01
Step 1: You get in touch
Call, text or fill in the contact form. A person answers and asks for the basics: your name, what you need and your language.
- 02
Step 2: A first meeting
Ivette reviews your papers and tells you which options are real. You leave with a short written summary of them.
- 03
Step 3: We agree on a plan
If you decide to hire us, you get a written agreement with the steps, our fee and the costs paid to others. Nothing is filed until you sign.
- 04
Step 4: We build the file
Dhruv builds the forms and evidence list. You review every page before Ivette signs and sends it.
- 05
Step 5: We wait and follow up
We track the receipt, answer requests for more evidence and prepare you for any interview or hearing.
Before your visit
What to put in the folder
Bring what you have. If something is missing, we'll help you request it.
Identity
Passports, IDs and any permit or card you carry.
Immigration papers
Every notice, receipt, letter or court paper, even old ones.
Family records
Birth and marriage certificates, and divorce papers if there were any.
Work and home
Recent pay stubs, tax returns and a lease or utility bill.
Your file
You keep a copy of everything
Every form we file and every notice that arrives is scanned and shared with you the same week.
A case file is yours. If you ever change lawyers or move, we hand over the full file on request.
