Using this site and our offices

We want everyone to be able to use this website and to reach our offices, whatever device or ability.

The website

The site is built to work with a keyboard, with screen readers and with larger text. Images carry descriptions, forms have labels, and colors keep enough contrast. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines at level AA.

The offices

Waukegan and Aurora have elevators, and the Elgin room has a step-free entrance. If you need a quiet room, a longer appointment or someone to meet you at the door, tell us when you book.

Language help

Consultations are available in English and Spanish, and by phone interpreter in other languages. Ask for a written summary if you prefer to read.
